Each 50-minute session is held over Zoom. We’ll use this time to implement your plan, track progress, and problem-solve in real time. Sessions are typically spaced 1–3 weeks apart, depending on your progress and preferences.

This is the typical range for most clients, but timelines vary. The number of sessions depends on your unique situation and specific goals.

About Your Coach...

 

I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2010 and joined the Army soon after. I served seven years as an Army Psychologist before getting out and moving back to San Diego with my wife, who I've been married to for 15 years.

It was around this time that my love for sleep science really took hold.  It became my primary professional focus and eventually led me to becoming Board Certified in Behavioral Sleep Medicine (DBSM), something that less than 500 people worldwide have achieved. 

While I've been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of clients, one of my most prestigious positions has been as the Psychologist and Sleep Specialist for the Navy SEALs.  I held that position for 6 years before deciding I was ready to start my own business.

I founded Peak Sleep, LLC with the goal of offering busy professionals the highest quality sleep coaching available on the market.  I made the strategic decision to go from psychologist to coach because it expands my reach and allows for more flexibility.  I'm now able to work with a much wider and more diverse clientele all over the country, which has been a very fulfilling experience.
